A Blujay Fairytale

Here we go for another late post for February because I have not been really blogging that much lately. Blame it to my idleness and my love for sleep.

You prolly won’t have any idea what this one is all about unless you do understand what Blujay means. Well, if you’ve been with this blog for a while then you already know but if you don’t then let me enlighten you.

This is all about the story of one special person who never stopped believing and finally had a taste of her happy ending with her Blujay story. There goes the word Blujay again. It’s associated with the 17 year old Filipino-Mexican singer, Jessica Sanchez and one loyal supporter (Blujay).

I am a Blujay but nah ah. This isn’t my story. Perhaps a little bit mine. LOL. I am just going to share to you hers.

It’s my Blujay better half, Chin, whom I have mentioned in this blog a lot when it comes to Jessica Sanchez.

Our story started way back in 2012 when the Idol Tour was brought again to the Philippines for the second time. There were lot of offers for free concert tickets, meet and greets and autograph signings but we were never lucky to bag even just one of those. Imagine our frustration when we submitted photos, videos and captions but we were not chosen. I had to embark on the adventure alone during that September, because things didn't go the way we wanted them to be (you might want to browse the archives). I had my chance back then to mingle not only with Jessica but with the other Idols.

But this year it was totally different. Odds were not in my favor. And it was Chin’s time for her adventure. I joined her for a while but had to leave her along the way. If only we had all the time and money in our hands we could have chased after Jessica every day. Good thing is; my bub is not a quitter. She’s a fighter and a believer. She tried her best to participate in trending topics (where she won a concert ticket) in twitter, and even joined contests in Facebook to win meet and greet. We checked the page every now and then just to see if they already posted the winners. I could not properly explain how happy I was when she won one of the meet and greet from Ovation Productions before the concert Last February 14. I cried. What more for Chin? We were miles apart but I know she’s in a state of euphoria from the time she won until after the photos with Jessica and Colton were released, probably until now. Chin deserved every thing she got and more. 

God has been so great in both our escapades.Maybe the next time it’ll be both Chin and Nat with Jessica. As they say, Third time’s a charm. ~_^

My bub tried to explain what happened to her during the meet and greet. I was supposed to call during that time so i could have talked to Jess but my attention got distracted. LOL. Nevertheless, here's her point of view.

I was in GROUP 1 :)
ME: *Walks inside the room. Staring at Jessica who was being interviewed*
JESSICA: *Looks at me and smiles then looks away*
ME: *shouts* JESSICA! *shows her a paper with "I'm CHIN" written on it*
JESSICA: Oh yeah! *points at me and smiles*
ME: CHIN and NAT! :D
JESSICA: Yeah yeah! *smiling*

ME: *Walks towards Jessica. (I can't breathe)*
JESSICA: *hugs me right away*
(I hugged her back twice lol)

ME: *hugs her again* This is for NAT too. She loves you soo much! ♥ :")
JESSICA: Please tell her I said HI. :)
ME: I will. Thank you. *cries*

 This is soo surreal. I met Jessica E Sanchez for the very first time. I wasn't able to tell her how excited I was and how much I love her coz she left me speechless. Best Valentine's Day everrrr. ♥ This is for CHIN and NAT. We weren't together, but I know that Jay knows I did it all for CHIN and NAT. :) Antonette Nat She knows us, bub. :*

My bub went to watch the concert with other Blujays afterwards. I was actually on the phone at some point during the concert because i asked her to answer my calls and let me listen to Colton and Jessica's songs. Thanks so much for everything bub. I love you best.
