It's more fun indeed...

Sorry for being a total bum for the past weeks that I haven’t updated this blog nor even posted a new one for a year ender or a year welcoming speech. I've been out for a week (like no internet connection and I have been really busy – busy with Snitchseeker.com)

But now, I am cutting my silence and I am absolutely back.

I know this craze has been going on for a while now but I thought it was never late to get myself on the same boat as many other Filipinos have been. It’s been trending in twitter and other networking sites.

Perhaps, you have heard of these in the news or being talked about by your friends or other people out there, might have seen it on TV or web as you browsed from one channel and page to another. Or the bestest part is, you might have made one yourself because you just couldn’t help it. It’s just fun to do. And i myself was encouraged to do so. As I was looking at the pictures circulating around the globe, right now, I could not feel more proud that I am a Filipino. Yes, I am one proud Filipina.

This “IT IS MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES” is a slogan of the country’s Department of Tourism for this year to boost the tourism economy of the country. And I think it is really a great one for they have caught the interest of people on the web or those they call Netizens (from internet, I think that’s where they got that name or correct me if I am wrong).  Though I read somewhere that this was copied from “It’s more fun in Switzerland” thingy. Hmmm. I guess they used the same words for the tag line however the theme isn’t exactly the same. But, I didn’t write this post just to comment on that part.

I want to share the fun.

What really caught me is the “Quidditch is more fun in the Philippines.” I am a Harry Potter addict and this one really got me and made me stare. The photo was featuring the brooms made in the Philippines (or what they call WALIS TAMBO in Filipino term). It was awesome. *nods* To whoever made that  photo *points* the credit is all yours. Fantastic job on that.

However, there are a lot of photos going around and I chose these pictures featured in here because I like them above others. I don’t own any of them. They are copyrighted by their rightful owners. some photos i got from facebook while some others i got on other sites. (Leave a comment if you own one of the photos so i can add it up)
